The Treatment Trend Co products are designed in rural Australia and manufactured offshore.

The Treatment Trend Co works with many Australian businesses including but not limited to Production Project Managers, Pattern Makers, Graphic Designers, mailing suppliers, photographers and many more wonderful Australian businesses.

Unfortunately you can’t change your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you have received your item(s), you can then go through the return and/or exchange process.

SHIPPING

We do! The Treatment Trend Co ships worldwide. The cost of this will be calculated upon checkout for you.

Items will generally be packed and dispatched form our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of order. However, in the case of a sale period, this may cause delays.

Orders will be shipped through Australia Post from Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia

Yes, when your order is dispatched, you will receive and order from Australia Post with a tracking number. You can track your items and also get an estimated delivery date.

PAYMENTS

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund upon returning of the garment at the shipping cost to the customer.

TIMING: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

FOR RETURNS: Please email admin@thetreatmenttrendco.com.au with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

SELLER: To provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

PLEASE NOTE: That customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

INSPECTION: When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
